Shipping Restrictions
While we work hard to ship our designer clothing to as many customers as possible, there can be restrictions. Currently, we cannot ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses and some remote locations. Please ensure you provide us with a valid shipping address during checkout.

After we process your order, you will receive an email confirmation along with your order tracking details. You can also track the status of your product by logging into your DesignDuality account.
Returns & Refund
We take pride in our designers that create beautiful collections showcased on DesignDuality. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
