Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy: We offer a 7 day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligible Reasons for Return:
- Damaged on Arrival
- Defective Product
- Incorrect or Incomplete Product
Non-Eligible Reasons for Returns/Refunds:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product
- Any other unspecified reasons
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Process: Customers must take a video of the product as it is being unpacked to document any damages or incompleteness. Contact us at Hello@designduality.studio with the video and specify the reason for the return based on the eligible reasons listed above.
Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
